Exchange and Refund Policy: Purchase Terms & Conditions

When purchasing an item from or through Mobility Hire & Sales Woy Woy the purchaser has 30 days to return the item to the store for a refund or exchange. For returned goods the purchaser will either receive an exchange on the item if the original item is faulty or damaged, or allowed at the discretion of Mobility Hire & Sales or they can receive a refund for the item minus 25% for restocking fee. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If the problem with the item is NOT MAJOR, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase. For online purchases postage/shipping will not be refunded.
