The Metron Therapeutic Putty helps to strengthen your hands and can help prevent getting wrist problems in the future. It can be used as a handgrip exercise, stress relief exercises, wrist exercises, and upper arm exercises. It comes in a range of colours which are coloured coded and have a different resistance level to suit anyone.
Colours and Resistance
Available in 85gm, 454gm or 2.3kg pots. There are five different resistances, they range from extra soft to extra firm. You can mix the different putty together to make a wider variety of resistances.
